WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE, YOUR AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All containers are a seven day rental. Anything over the seven days is $40.00 per day
unless other arrangements have been made. DO NOT LOAD CONTAINER ABOVE MAX FILL LINE. If filled above fill line, a $200 fee will be charged and customer will be
responsible of removing material. No climbing on dumpster or the use heavy
equipment to load or move container. Customer will be responsible for any damage
done to the roll-off. We do our best to place roll offs carefully and though damage is
unlikely, Johnny Dump is not liable for damage to driveways.
Containers have a 3 ton MAX . Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional
charges at $0.38/ib. If we are unable to pick up container due to excessive weight, the customer will
be responsible for unloading. We DO NOT accept the following items: Dirt, Rock,
Concrete, Brick, Asphalt & Tile Shingles, Large Tree Stumps, Automotive Tires, Hazardous Liquids, Paint, Refrigerators or Sod. We ask you to please call us first if you
have any questions. Thank You!
Prohibited Items, No Exceptions: No HAZARDOUS WASTE No Dirt or Concrete No Freon. This includes fridges, freezers, and Air conditioners No Paint No Asbestos or PCB’s No Equipment with gas or oil No Biohazard / Medical Waste No TIRES !!! Due to EPA/WASTE restrictions we no longer accept tires. You will be
charged $25.00 per tire for each and every tire found in your container.
If your roll off has been delivered, no cancelation and the weekly rate will be charged.
If cancelation prior to drop off, a cancelation fee of $75 will be assessed.
